Kaliste Saloom, age 66, is the Interim Chief Executive Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. He has served as Interim CEO since June 3, 2025, and as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since July 1, 2024. Saloom joined the company in November 2023 as Vice President of Legal and served as interim General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from March 2024 until his current appointments. He has over 40 years of commercial and litigation legal experience, including roles as General Counsel at Kin Capital Partners, LLC (2022–2023), General Counsel and Vice President at Energy & Technology Corp. (2018–2022), and attorney positions at Cambridge Industries, Inc. and ViaSat, Inc. He holds a Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. William Regan, age 67, is the Chief Financial Officer, a position he has held since January 17, 2025. He joined the company in 2024 as Deputy CFO. Regan has 40 years of finance and accounting experience, including serving as CFO at Everything Blockchain, Inc. (2021–2024), and holding various controller and vice president roles at Rentech, Inc., DTS Digital Cinema, Digital Insight Corporation, and National Golf Properties, Inc. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and is an inactive Certified Public Accountant.
