1. Mariano Bosch - Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mariano Bosch has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Adecoagro S.A. since 2015. He co-founded the company in 2002 with two other partners. Previously, Bosch worked at McKinsey and Company, where he was a principal in the Buenos Aires office. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
2. Miguel Sanchez - CEO
Miguel Sanchez has been the CEO of Adecoagro S.A. since 2015. He joined the company in 2004 as an analyst and rose through the ranks to become the CFO and COO before being appointed as the CEO.
