Tang Jing, age 52, is Director and Chief Financial Officer of Able View, a role he has held since 2017. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, including similar positions at AMH Media Holding Company. Tang holds a bachelor's degree from Shanghai University, an MBA from the University of Birmingham, and is a licensed CPA in China.
Yilun Wu, age 49, is an Independent Director with over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Since 2022, he has been the China CFO of Johnson Controls Corporation (JCI). He previously held various finance director roles at JCI from 2015 to 2021 and finance positions at Honeywell Inc. from 2008 to 2015. Wu holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Greenwich and a master's degree from Middlesex University.
Yimin Zhou, age 63, is an Independent Director with more than 30 years of experience in business operations. He served as Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations at Fonterra during 2014 and from 2018 to 2020, and as Supply Chain Director at Pepsi-Cola International from 2001 to 2014. Zhou holds a bachelor's degree from East China University of Technology, an MBA from St. John University, and an Executive MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
Zhifan Zhou, age 40, is an Independent Director with over 10 years of experience in investment banking, audit, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. Since April 2021, he has been General Manager of Hainan Winlong Capital. Prior to that, he was Vice President and General Manager of Capital Operations at Shanzhinong Co., Ltd. from March 2020 to April 2021.
