The company is transitioning certain segments to a geographic-based distribution network, utilizing sites in Calgary, Eindhoven, and Singapore to support international growth and expand distribution. Direct-to-consumer sales are emphasized to achieve higher margins and customer convenience through a global digital commercial strategy. The company is consolidating ERP systems to enhance capabilities and resource allocation. It plans to leverage global infrastructure acquired from Fox Racing to develop a unified international model to increase international sales penetration.
