Utz Brands Inc's Comment on Supply Chain

The company sources nearly all raw and agricultural materials domestically within the United States and operates manufacturing facilities in the U.S. Approximately 45% of their budgeted direct material needs for fiscal year 2026 are covered by pricing arrangements to mitigate risks. Manufacturing is primarily conducted through eight company-operated facilities, including three legacy Utz facilities and five acquired facilities. Additionally, the company utilizes several co-manufacturers for certain products, including OTB branded tortilla chips, branded salsa, and queso. Their distribution system employs a hybrid model combining direct store delivery (DSD), direct-to-wholesale (DTW), direct-to-consumer, and distributor capabilities, enabling flexible and scalable national distribution. The company has expanded its market share in Expansion Geographies and plans to continue growth supported by brand investments and distribution expansion.
