The company employs over 4,000 sales associates supported by marketing, category management, and a sales support team that includes chefs and business development managers. It utilizes the MOXē® digital platform to assist customers in managing orders and inventories. The company operates a network of more than 70 distribution facilities, maintains a fleet of over 6,500 trucks, and has over 90 cash and carry locations. Classified as a broadline foodservice distributor, it serves various customer segments including independent restaurants, healthcare, and hospitality. In fiscal year 2025, no single customer accounted for more than 2% of sales, with the top 50 customers comprising approximately 42% of net sales. Group purchasing organizations (GPOs) represented about 27% of net sales and negotiate pricing and delivery terms for their members, primarily in the healthcare, hospitality, education, and government/military sectors.
