The Company also procures antimony ore from foreign suppliers and processes ore at two facilities in Mexico through its subsidiary US Antimony de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (USAMSA). Another subsidiary, Antimonio de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (ADM), holds mining claims in Mexico but currently has no active operations. The Company processes antimony ore into antimony trisulfide, antimony oxide (trioxide), and antimony metal ingots with varying purity levels. Antimony is designated as a critical mineral by the U.S. Government.
