Molson Coors Beverage's Comment on Supply Chain

The company sources raw materials including hops, barley, and water from various suppliers across multiple regions. Hops are procured under contracts from suppliers in the U.S. and Europe, mainly Germany, the U.K., Czech Republic, and Slovenia. In the Americas, barley is malted at the Golden, Colorado facility and purchased annually from independent farmers in the western U.S. and Canadian Prairies, with additional malted barley sourced from commercial providers through 2026. In EMEA and APAC regions, malted barley is obtained from third-party suppliers primarily in Europe under agreements extending through 2030. Water is sourced through owned and leased water rights, municipal purchases in the U.S. and Canada, and water rights or supply contracts in EMEA and APAC. Other adjuncts and grains are purchased under crop-year contracts from suppliers in the U.S., Canada, and local producers in EMEA and APAC. Packaging materials include aluminum, glass bottles, reusable kegs, and recyclable plastic containers. In the Americas, aluminum cans and ends are partially supplied by Rocky Mountain Metal Container (RMMC), a joint venture with Ball Corporation, with additional supply agreements involving Ball Corporation and other vendors. Glass bottles are partially sourced from Rocky Mountain Bottle Company (RMBC), a joint venture with Owens-Brockway Glass Container, Inc., supplemented by agreements with Owens-Brockway and other suppliers. In EMEA and APAC, packaging needs are managed through diversified contracts for aluminum cans, glass bottles, and kegs, providing supply flexibility without long-term commitments. Suppliers referenced include Ball Corporation, Owens-Brockway Glass Container, Inc., Rocky Mountain Bottle Company, and Rocky Mountain Metal Container.
