Sysco's Comment on Supply Chain

The company sources products from both domestic and international suppliers, none of which accounted for more than 10% of purchases in fiscal 2026. Suppliers include large corporations offering brand name and private label merchandise, independent regional brand and private label processors and packers, and small to mid-sized producers of specialty and seasonal products. The Global Support Center provides centralized services including vendor contract administration and inbound logistics. Capital investments in facilities, technology, equipment, and delivery fleet totaled $700 million in fiscal 2026, $906 million in 2025, and $832 million in 2024.
