The Company subcontracts the manufacturing of RadioGel® and IsoPet® to a contract manufacturer in Texas, formerly IsoTherapeutics, which was acquired by Telix Pharmaceuticals in April 2024. To reduce reliance on this single provider, the Company is diversifying its manufacturing operations with plans for one domestic facility at the Applied Process Engineering Laboratory (APEL) in Richland, Washington, where Vivos will serve as the manufacturer of record, and one international facility in India in collaboration with Vivos Scientific India LLP (VSIL). Eckert & Ziegler is the sole supplier of yttrium-90 (Y-90), now sourced from Massachusetts. The Company procures other supplies from various U.S. suppliers. For the hydrogel polymer component, PrecisionGel™, Akina, Inc. was engaged as an alternate supplier in 2021, with efforts underway to expand their role to supply sterilized hydrogel to support scalability and compliance for both RadioGel® and IsoPet®. The Company will continue production with the Texas contract manufacturer through the second quarter of 2026 during the transition.
