Tonner-one World Holdings's Comment on Supply Chain
In order to produce the highest quality products, to date we have engaged two
third party manufacturers in China, Early Light International Ltd. ("Early
Light") and HK Youmei Industrial (International) Co., Ltd ("Youmei").
Early Light, which is headquartered in Hong Kong, has more than 25 million square
feet of production and warehousing space. Early Light's client base includes
some of the world's biggest toy and game developers including Mattel, Fisher-Price,
MGA Entertainment, Lego, Hasbro, Playskool, MTV, Lionel, Disney and many more.
We do not have a formal engagement agreements with Early Light and Youmei, and
they will manufacture our dolls on an as-needed basis.
