Flowserve's Comment on Supply Chain

The company utilizes ferrous and non-ferrous metals, silicon, carbon faces, gaskets, and fluoropolymer components as primary raw materials. These materials are procured from external suppliers through a monitored supply chain to manage market conditions and prevent disruptions. Global sourcing efforts are expanding to incorporate localization in emerging markets and access low-cost sources, while maintaining efficient logistics. In 2025, operating costs were impacted by U.S. tariffs and inflationary pressures, which the company addressed through pricing adjustments, supply chain repositioning, and cost management. Metal castings for pumps, valves, and mechanical seals are acquired from qualified and approved foundries, with vertical integration preserved in select strategic product lines. Suppliers of materials for nuclear power generation comply with nuclear industry standards and governmental regulations. Current supply channels are sufficient, with no anticipated challenges in obtaining these materials.
