The company sources refined products from Delek Holdings and independent third-party suppliers for its West Texas marketing operations at the Abilene and San Angelo terminals. It constructed a pipeline to receive products from Holly Energy Partners, L.P., which transports products produced at the Big Spring Refinery by Delek Holdings. The company is also connected to a Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. pipeline for receiving products transported from the Gulf Coast and maintains active connections to the Magellan Orion Pipeline for shipping and acquiring products. The Abilene terminal includes eight tanks with a total capacity of 330,000 barrels (excluding 47,000 barrels out of service) and two truck loading lanes with a combined capacity of 15,000 barrels per day. The San Angelo terminal has five tanks with a total capacity of 96,000 barrels and two truck loading lanes with a combined capacity of 15,000 barrels per day. Under a marketing agreement effective until January 1, 2026, the company markets 100% of the refined products output of the Tyler Refinery from Delek Holdings, excluding jet fuel and petroleum coke. Additionally, the company provides terminalling services to third parties and Delek Holdings.
