In 2024, the Company entered into a supply agreement with Cronos GrowCo to purchase up to 70% of its total production. Cronos Israel holds IMC-GAP, IMC-GMP, and IMC-GDP certifications for medical cannabis in Israel and distributes PEACE NATURALS®, LIT™, and Lord Jones® branded products, with the Lord Jones® brand launched in 2026. The Company also engages in spot market purchase agreements and supply agreements with third-party suppliers of dried flower and other cannabis products, as well as contract manufacturing agreements with other license holders for manufacturing and processing services. Major customers include the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation and the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission. The Company sells cannabis products to cannabis control authorities in all Canadian provinces and the Yukon territory except Saskatchewan, where sales are made directly to private retailers.
