We are one of the leading temperature-sensitive truckload carriers in the
United States. We specialize in transporting and distributing food and other
consumer packaged goods that require a temperature-controlled or insulated environment.
we generate revenue from our Truckload, Dedicated, Intermodal and Brokerage
operations. Approximately 76% of our Truckload and Dedicated revenue resulted
from hauling temperature-sensitive products and 24% from hauling dry freight.
We operate throughout the United States and in parts of Canada and Mexico, with
substantially all of our revenue generated from within the United States. We
provide regional truckload carrier services in the Southeast, West Coast, Midwest,
South Central and Northeast regions. Our primary medium-to-long-haul traffic
lanes are between the Midwest and the West Coast, Southwest, Southeast, and
the East Coast, as well as from California to the Pacific Northwest.
