Business Description
With worldwide activities, we are a premier, fast-growing multi-brand hotel group in China. Our hotels are divided into three categories: leased and owned, franchised, and franchised hotels with management contracts, which we refer to as "manachised."
Our success is built on our brands. We evolved from an economical hotel chain to a multi-brand hotel company serving the whole market range in less than a decade. We currently manage a portfolio of over 20 unique hotel brands, using our customer insights and ability to produce creative and trend-setting goods. Our staple HanTing Hotel brand has become a household name in China, synonymous with a comfortable stay at an inexpensive price, as an example of our brand-building success. Another established brand, our JI Hotel, is one of the top-of-mind brands for Chinese consumers among all midscale hotel companies.
We run hotels on a lease-and-own, manachise, and franchising basis. We directly run hotels largely on leased assets as well as owned properties under the lease and ownership model. We administer manachised hotels through on-site hotel managers we employ and collect fees from franchisees under the manachise model. We receive fees from franchisees but do not employ on-site hotel management under the franchising model. Weve implemented a return-driven development strategy targeted at attaining strong growth and profitability, as well as consistent operational and quality standards across all of our hotels.
