TeraWulf provides long-term hosting services to Tier-1 counterparties in the hyperscale and enterprise high-performance computing (HPC) workloads market. Its HPC platform consists of two main campuses: the Lake Mariner Data Campus in Barker, New York, located within the NYISO market, and the Abernathy HPC Campus in Abernathy, Texas, within the Southwest Power Pool (SPP). The company also holds a long-term ground lease at the Cayuga Site in Lansing, New York, which is available for future development. TeraWulf aims to contract approximately 250 MW to 500 MW of new critical IT HPC capacity annually, based on customer demand and regional grid conditions. Its business strategy centers on the development, ownership, and operation of large-scale, power-advantaged digital infrastructure under long-term, credit-enhanced contracts typically spanning 10 to 25 years, with modular campus expansion aligned to customer deployment schedules.
