Its customer base includes most leading global telecommunications operators, data center managers, cable television providers or multi-system operators (MSOs), and thousands of enterprise clients, including numerous Fortune 500 companies. The company maintains direct, long-standing relationships with its customers through a direct sales force supported by a global network of channel partners. Since 2021, it has undertaken a transformation initiative aimed at profitable growth, operational efficiency, and portfolio optimization. Between 2023 and 2025, the company completed several strategic transactions, including acquiring certain assets of Casa Systems, Inc., and divesting its Home business, Outdoor Wireless Networks (OWN) segment, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) business unit, OneCell business, and Connectivity and Cable Solutions (CCS) segment. Effective April 1, 2025, following the divestiture of the DAS business unit, the Networking, Intelligent Cellular & Security Solutions (NICS) segment was renamed RUCKUS, with no changes to the operating or reportable segment structure.
