The company is authorized to market OGSIVEO for the treatment of progressing desmoid tumors in adult patients requiring systemic therapy, and GOMEKLI for treating adult and pediatric patients aged two years and older with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) who have symptomatic plexiform neurofibromas (PN) not amenable to complete surgical resection in the United States. These products are primarily distributed through third-party specialty drug distributors and specialty pharmacies, with sales volume expected to be evenly distributed among these channels. OGSIVEO received FDA approval as the first and only therapy for desmoid tumors as of November 27, 2023. GOMEKLI is the first and only FDA-approved therapy for adult NF1-PN patients as of February 11, 2025, and is also approved for pediatric NF1-PN. AstraZeneca PLC’s Koselugo is the only other FDA-approved therapy for pediatric NF1-PN. The company faces competition from major pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms, academic institutions, governmental agencies, and research organizations.
