These agreements include base management fees and incentive fees based on hotel earnings, with terms expiring between 2026 and 2040. The company provides capital to owners and operators to support the expansion or divestiture of properties while maintaining operations. Its initial investment in travel centers involved acquiring and reorganizing an operating travel centers business and distributing a tenant operating company to shareholders. The company seeks to diversify its cash flow sources and increase cash flows from operations to enhance shareholder distributions.
