The Company discontinued its cannabis operations as of September 30, 2023, and currently holds all cannabis-related assets for sale. It owns interests in 17 state-issued cannabis licenses covering cultivation, processing, wholesale distribution, and dispensaries. The Company operates in the adult-use cannabis market in Oregon, California, and Nevada. While it no longer invests in properties for cannabis production, distribution, or sales, it continues to operate previously acquired properties. The Company is seeking acquisition by entities involved directly in cannabis production and sales. It has eight wholly-owned subsidiaries and has sold former subsidiaries Driven Deliveries, Inc. and 7LV USA Corporation. The Company’s stock is publicly traded on the Canadian Securities Exchange and OTCQB.
