Greenbrook, a wholly owned subsidiary, is a provider of mental healthcare services and a market leader in transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) therapy. As of December 31, 2025, the company has treated approximately 237,574 patients globally with over 8.5 million treatment sessions. The primary market served includes adults with MDD, a mood disorder with significant prevalence and economic impact worldwide. In the U.S., about 21 million individuals aged 22 to 70 experience MDD annually, with approximately 13.9 million receiving psychiatric treatment. Among these, around 6.4 million have not achieved remission following prior antidepressant therapy, and approximately 3.8 million have commercial insurance or federal healthcare coverage for NeuroStar Advanced Therapy.
