Petroshare's Comment on Sales, Marketing and Customers
Currently, all of our produced oil and gas is sold under a variety of month to
month contracts with local marketing companies. We have no long-term marketing
contract commitments at this time. The availability of a ready market for our
oil and gas depends upon numerous factors beyond our control, including the extent
of domestic production and importation of oil and gas, the relative status of
the domestic and international economies, the proximity of our properties to gas
pipeline systems, the capacity of those systems, the marketing of other competitive
fuels, fluctuations in seasonal demand, and governmental regulation of production,
refining, transportation, and pricing of oil, gas, and other fuels.
