Olin's Comment on Sales, Marketing and Customers



Products we sell to industrial or commercial users or distributors for use in the production of other products constitute a major part of our total sales. We sell some of our products, such as epoxy resins, caustic soda and sporting ammunition, to a large number of users or distributors, while we sell others, such as chlorine and chlorinated organics in substantial quantities to a relatively small number of industrial users. With the addition of the Acquired Business, we entered into or have significant relationships with a few customers including TDCC.
