Contract customers include the City of Rahway, the Townships of Edison and Marlboro, the Borough of Highland Park, the Old Bridge Municipal Utilities Authority, and the Township of East Brunswick, to which the company provides water treatment and pumping services. The contract service area covers approximately 110 square miles with a population exceeding 200,000.
The Tidewater System and its subsidiary Southern Shores serve about 65,000 retail customers across more than 485 communities in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties, Delaware, providing residential, commercial, and fire protection services.
The Pinelands Water system serves approximately 2,500 residential customers in Burlington County, New Jersey, and operates independently from the Middlesex System.
