The Company provides marketing solutions through its SaaS platform, recognizing revenue based on service provisioning and performance marketing metrics. It expanded its offerings and industries served through acquisitions, including Push Holdings, Inc. (rebranded as DataLogiq), which operates a consumer data management platform focused on lead generation, online marketing, and multichannel reengagement strategies; Fixel AI Inc., which added a self-serve MarTech Audience Targeting platform; and Rebel AI, Inc., which added "The Rebel AI" advertising platform. DataLogiq licenses software technology and provides managed technology services to various e-commerce companies. The Company transferred its AppLogiq business to GoLogiq, Inc. (formerly Lovarra), completing a spin-off and distribution of GoLogiq shares to its shareholders, resulting in no direct equity ownership of GoLogiq as of July 27, 2022.
