Prior to the Non-Brokered Offering, Teck held 679,564 shares and warrants for an additional 84,326 shares, representing approximately 6.6% of the issued and outstanding shares on a non-diluted basis. The offerings were conducted under exemptions from securities laws in Canada, the United States, and other jurisdictions. The Agents for the Brokered Offering were Red Cloud Securities Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc., who received commissions for their services.
