The Company operates through three segments: Wholesale Sales & Ancillary Services, Direct-to-Consumer, and Secured Lending. The Wholesale Sales & Ancillary Services segment functions as a wholesaler of gold, silver, platinum, and palladium bullion and related products. It provides financing, storage, and logistics services, owns two mints, and distributes coins and bars from sovereign and private mints. The Direct-to-Consumer segment sells precious metals to domestic and international retail customers. The Secured Lending segment offers liquidity through commercial loans collateralized by bullion, numismatic coins, and graded sports cards. The Company's global customer base spans four continents and includes mints, manufacturers and fabricators, refiners, coin and bullion dealers, e-commerce retailers, banks and financial institutions, commodity brokerage houses, industrial users of precious metals, investors, collectors, and retail customers. It maintains relationships with all major sovereign mints offering bullion coins and bars internationally. The Company has expanded internationally with operations in Canada, Europe, and Asia, with a focus on Hong Kong and Singapore.
