GRE operates retail energy providers (REPs) in deregulated U.S. markets, including IDT Energy, Inc., Residents Energy, LLC, Town Square Energy, LLC, Town Square Energy East, LLC (collectively TSE), Southern Federal Power, LLC, Evergreen Gas & Electric, LLC, and Mirabito Natural Gas, LLC. These REP businesses resell electricity and natural gas to residential, small business, and small commercial customers primarily in the Eastern and Midwestern United States and Texas. Mirabito Natural Gas supplies natural gas to commercial customers in Florida. GRE's renewable energy and related businesses include Genie Solar, CityCom Solar, Diversegy LLC, and Roded Recycling Industries, which operate in solar energy, community solar, energy procurement advisory for industrial, commercial, and municipal clients, and recycled plastic pallet production. Previously, GRE had European operations through GRE International (GREI), supplying electricity and natural gas to residential and small business customers in the United Kingdom, Finland, and Sweden via Orbit Energy Limited, Lumo Energia Oyj, and Lumo Energi AB; these operations have since been discontinued or declared insolvent.
