The company received significant capital investment from STT GDC, an indirect subsidiary of Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte Ltd, a strategic data center operator with a portfolio across multiple countries. It completed its initial public offering on NASDAQ in 2016 and a secondary listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2020. In 2022, the company established DigitalLand Holdings Limited (DayOne) as the holding company for its international data center assets, which operates independently. In 2024, DayOne raised capital through Series A and Series B convertible preferred shares from institutional private equity investors, resulting in the company's equity interest dilution to 35.6%. Operations outside China conducted by DayOne are accounted for as discontinued operations prior to the report date.
