We sell products through a worldwide network encompassing distributors and dealers
in more than 60 countries and through a sales force that develops sales with distributors,
OEMs and large end-users. Our operations focus on OEM and aftermarket distributors
in the transportation, mobile and power generation markets. Of these markets,
we believe that the greatest potential for growth is in the Asia, North and South
America and Middle East regions in sales to transportation OEMs and aftermarket
distributors and installers and in North America in sales to industrial OEMs and
the related aftermarket.
Distributors generally service the aftermarket business for the conversion of
liquid fueled engines to gaseous fuels. Many distributors have been our customers
for more than 20 years.
