In fiscal year 2025, the agribusiness segment generated sales to approximately 30 customers, with the ten largest customers representing about 55% to 60% of net sales. Key customers included Cargill, FASA, Bunge Alimentos S.A., ACA, GLENCORE, Quilmes, COFCO, Grobocopatel, Molinos Río de la Plata, Boomalt, and Viterra. Crop sales were conducted through grain brokers and intermediaries, with futures and options contracts primarily executed via the Buenos Aires Grains Exchange and the Chicago Board of Trade. Cattle sales were made directly to local meat processors and supermarkets, including Frigorífico Swift, La Anonima S.A., Colombo y Magliano S.A., Frimsa S.A., and Frigorífico General Pico S.A. The agricultural and livestock sector is characterized by high competition and seasonality, with crop harvests mainly occurring from December to June depending on the crop and region. International markets, such as Bolivia, also contribute, where some crops may have double harvest seasons.
