The Company's customers include holders of mineral leases on its lands, purchasers of timber through competitive bids, and parties entering into surface leases for farming, hunting, right of ways, or other purposes. In 2025, approximately 64.02% of total revenues were derived from the following customers: Riceland Petroleum Company (22.86%), Beau Shell Logging, LLC (11.31%), Sunchase Power, LLC (6.43%), Ballard Exploration Company (5.36%), Cedar Holdco, LLC (5.28%), Daylight Petroleum (5.03%), Chato Energy, LLC (4.17%), and Salty Oaks, LLC (3.58%). The loss of revenue from any of these customers or revenue streams would have a material adverse effect on the Company.
