The Company operates primarily through two segments: community banking and CCBX. The community bank segment serves the Puget Sound region in Washington State, including King, Kitsap, Pierce, Snohomish, Skagit, Thurston, and Island Counties. This region has approximately 5.1 million residents, over 147,000 businesses, and $155.2 billion in deposits held with the Company and other banks. The Company's banking operations concentrate on customers within Snohomish County and select areas of the Puget Sound region, targeting commercial and retail clients to attract stable core deposits that support loan growth. The CCBX segment operates nationwide through digital financial services partners, totaling 28 as of December 31, 2025. These partners offer the Company's banking products and services to their consumers, partners, and workforce, thereby expanding the market to a wider range of consumers and small businesses, including underserved or underbanked populations. The community bank segment serves consumers and small to medium-sized businesses in the Puget Sound region and through internet and mobile banking platforms.
