Brilliant Acquisition's Comment on Sales, Marketing and Customers
The Company provided services to Triton Capital Markets Ltd. (TCM), formerly FXDD Malta Limited, through its subsidiary Nukkleus Limited under a General Services Agreement (GSA) beginning in May 2016, with TCM paying a minimum of $1,600,000 per month. The GSA was terminated due to non-payment by TCM. As of September 30, 2024, the Company, TCM, and FXDirectDealer LLC (FXDD) confirmed the termination of the GSA and the FXDD GSA effective January 1, 2024, with no outstanding obligations.
The Company operated blockchain payment solutions through Digital RFQ Limited (DRFQ), a subsidiary of Match Financial Ltd. (Match), which was itself a subsidiary of the Company. In late 2024 and early 2025, the Company agreed to sell DRFQ to Jamal Khurshid or his nominee, subject to shareholder approval, due to ongoing losses. By August 2025, the Company lost controlling interest in DRFQ and deconsolidated it. Match was placed into administration in the UK in July 2025, and its shareholding in DRFQ was sold to Match Financial Holdings Limited, owned by Mr. Khurshid.
Following the appointment of Menachem Shalom as CEO in September 2024, the Company shifted its focus from financial technology services to aerospace and defense business operations.
