The company serves the hotel market through management services provided by Ashford Inc. and its subsidiaries, including Remington Hospitality and Premier. Eight hotel properties operate under management agreements with brand management companies Marriott, Hilton, Four Seasons, and Hyatt, utilizing brand names such as Autograph Collection, The Ritz-Carlton, Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Hilton, Four Seasons, and Park Hyatt. Five hotel properties are managed by Remington Hospitality. The Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas operates under a License and Royalty Agreement permitting the use of The Ritz-Carlton name and mark. Management companies receive base and incentive fees based on hotel operating income. These agreements also provide access to the reservation systems and guest loyalty programs of the respective brands.
