The Company serves customers primarily through contracts with various payer types, including Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and other third parties. Revenue is categorized by these payer types, with Medicare generating the highest revenue, followed by Medicaid and Commercial. Within the Care Partners segment, major payers include Payer A, which accounted for 26.0% of total consolidated net revenue in 2025, and Payer B, which contributed 15.6% in the same year. As of December 31, 2025, Payer A represented 27.4% of total receivables, Payer C accounted for 11.0%, and Payer D contributed less than 10%. The Company manages credit risk and reserves by evaluating customer creditworthiness and payment patterns.
