CarParts.com sells aftermarket automotive parts and accessories to individual consumers and business customers, including repair shops and installers, through digital channels such as its website www.carparts.com, mobile app, wholesale platform www.carpartswholesale.com, and third-party marketplaces including eBay and Amazon. The company offers over 1.5 million products and supports professional customers via its wholesale platform. Its market segments include general automotive repair and maintenance, performance and upgrade products through the JC Whitney Performance Hub, and European vehicles via the CarParts Euro hub. CarParts.com operates four distribution centers in the U.S., including a fulfillment center in Las Vegas opened in June 2024. In September 2025, the company secured strategic investments from ZongTeng Group, A-Premium, and CDH Investments to support growth and operational improvements.
