The Company operates in the UAE market and delivered 889 Rabdan-branded vehicles during fiscal years 2023, 2024, and 2025. Following trademark restrictions imposed by a UAE authority, the Company suspended production and sales of Rabdan-branded vehicles and re-badged approximately 320 vehicles under its own brand, delivering about 300 under a sales agreement. The Company entered into a joint venture agreement with W Motors, a UAE-based mobility solutions provider, to engage in automobile modification, customization, vehicle distribution, after-sales auto parts sales, and car services. The joint venture is planned to be majority-owned by the Company (51%) and minority-owned by W Motors (49%), with each party contributing assets valued at US$100 million. As of the report date, the joint venture has not been formally established.
