Alan Nan Wu, age 45, has served as Executive Chairman of the board since November 2022 and was CEO from November 2022 to May 2025. He founded ICONIQ and has been its executive director and CEO since 2016. Wu is also the legal representative of My Car (Shenzhen) Technology Ltd., Tianjin Tuoda Management Service Ltd., and ICONIQ (Tianjin) New Energy Technology Research Institute. Previously, he was head of the China region at J C Horizon Ltd. He holds a bachelor's degree from Kennedy College of Technology in Canada, earned in 2004.
Benjamin Bin Zhai, age 58, has been Executive Director and CEO since May 2025. From January to May 2025, he served as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Compensation Committee. Zhai is the founder and Chairman of Hiland International Talent Group and has held executive positions including CEO of Shenzhen Talent Group, CEO (China) of Canoo (GoEV), Global Managing Director of Russell Reynolds Associates, Global Partner of Egon Zehnder, and Principal of A. T. Kearney Management Consultants. He serves on the boards of DCITS and Geto New Material Group. Zhai graduated from Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Australian National University, and Harvard Business School, and is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with Hong Kong University and Peking University.
Elizabeth Ching Yee Chung, age 55, has been an Independent Non-Executive Director since January 2025. She has been CEO and director of Brillink Bank Corporation Limited since March 2021. Previously, she was CEO and director of China Brilliant Global Ltd. (8026.HK) from 2018 to 2023, independent director of Star Plus Legend Holdings Ltd. (6683.HK) since April 2023, and independent director of InvesTech Holdings Ltd. (1087.HK) from 2023 to 2024. Chung was CEO and director of Paganini Milano (SG) PTE Ltd from 2017 to 2019, director of Bank of China International from 2009 to 2017, and Assistant Vice President of HSBC Broking Securities (Asia) Ltd from 2000 to 2009. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University.
Jin He, age 40, has been an Independent Non-Executive Director since January 2025. He is general manager of Foresight Capital since 2020, was Executive Director of Infinity Equity from 2013 to 2019, and worked as an electrical engineer at Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd. from 2006 to 2008. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Nanchang Institute of Aviation Technology and an MBA from Fudan University.
Yehong Ji, age 60, has been an Independent Non-Executive Director since August 2025 and is currently a Senior Advisor at the Investment Banking Division.
