For the year ended December 31, 2025, electric revenues were distributed as follows: Residential customers accounted for 57.3%, commercial customers 26.4%, industrial customers 6.3%, and other customers 10.0%. Electric sales volumes were 48.3% residential, 30.7% commercial, 9.9% industrial, and 11.1% other. TEC operates within the Florida Region and is a member of the Florida Reserve Sharing Group, which provides access to reserve generating capacity from other members. The company's system is interconnected with neighboring electric utilities and the North American bulk power system to enhance cost effectiveness, reserve capacity, and reliability.
