It also serves expansion markets in Southwest Ohio under the altafiber brand. Additionally, the Company provides services in Hawaii through the Hawaiian Telcom brand. Its offerings include high-speed data, video, and voice solutions delivered over fiber and legacy copper networks. The CBTS and OnX businesses were sold to TowerBrook Capital Partners and are reported as discontinued operations. The Company is a wholly owned private subsidiary of Red Fiber Parent LLC following a merger.
