The Company also generates revenue through StageIt.com, a platform where fans buy access to virtually attend artist performances. It partners with bands, artists, and record labels to record tours and markets its services through artist and label websites, social media, mailing lists, its own platforms, and partnerships with companies such as Ticketmaster. Notably, the Company entered an agreement with Matchbox Twenty to record and sell products from their 2020 tour, generating approximately $175,000 in income despite rescheduling due to COVID-19.
