control products, refrigerated display merchandisers, refrigeration systems
and controls, air tools, golf cars and utility vehicles. In addition, the Company
believes it is a leading supplier in U.S. markets for architectural hardware
products, mechanical locks, and electronic and biometric access-control technologies.
