Yerace oversees supply chain management, business development, portfolio management, and corporate strategy. He was formerly Senior Director of Global Supply Chain and Commercial Business Development at Kadmon Pharmaceuticals. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and an MBA from Waynesburg University.
Brian Cogley, age 39, is the Chief Financial Officer with over 17 years of experience in accounting and finance. His prior positions include Senior Manager, Accounting Advisory at CFGI, LLC; Vice President of Finance & Accounting at NexTier Bank (2017–2022); Global Cash Manager at Calgon Carbon Corporation (2015–2017); and Financial Analyst at TriState Capital Bank (2012–2015). He began his career at KPMG, LLP. Cogley holds a B.A. in accounting and an MBA in finance from Duquesne University.
