Yunjie Han, age 43, is a Director and Chief Human Resources Officer since June 2024. He has experience in human resources and corporate management, previously serving as general manager of HR at KUKA Home Co., Ltd. and HNA Group (International) Co., Ltd., and as HR director at ZTE Corporation. He holds a bachelor's degree in human resources management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (2006).
Cindy Xiaofan Wang, age 50, has been an Independent Director since December 2023. She is Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Trip.com Group Limited. Her prior roles include Vice President and board memberships at MakeMyTrip Limited and Huazhu Group Limited. She holds an MBA from MIT (2013), a bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (1997), and is a Certified Public Accountant.
He Xu, age 49, has been an Independent Director since December 2023. He joined Lenovo in 2001 and has held various managerial positions. He is currently CEO of Liansheng Zhida (Hainan) Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., an indirect Lenovo subsidiary.
