Erqi Wang, age 57, serves as Chief Executive Officer, Director, and Chairman of the Board. He has held the CEO and Chairman positions since January 2020 and founded Changzhou Zhongjin in October 2006. Wang leads the research and development department and previously was managing director of Sangui Rehabilitation Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. He holds a PhD in Engineering Mechanics from Tohoku University and owns 16 invention patents.
Ziqiang Wang, age 56, is Chief Financial Officer and Director. He has been CFO since January 2020 and a Director since December 2021, having served as CFO of Changzhou Zhongjin since May 2008. His prior financial roles include positions at Nikoda (Changzhou) Electric Co., Ltd., Changzhou Servo Motor Co., Ltd., and Changzhou BMW Group. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from Hangzhou Institute of Electronic Technology and is a certified Senior Economist.
Yanru Guo, age 50, is an Independent Director and has been chief accountant at Shineco, Inc. since March 2014. She has over ten years of accounting experience in Nasdaq-listed companies. Guo holds a master's degree in accounting from Dongbei University of Finance, a bachelor's degree in management and accounting from Huabei Institute of Astronautical Engineering, and a CPA Certificate in China.
Oliver St. Clair Franklin, age 80, is an Independent Director and senior adviser to Liminal Capital since January 2021. He has held senior advisory and leadership roles at FIS Investments, Academy Funds Trust, Electronic Inc, International House, RISA Investments Advisers LLC, and Fidelity Investments. Franklin holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Lincoln University (PA) and was a Woodrow Wilson Fellow at Oxford University. He received the OBE Honor in 1995.
