Weiguang Yang, age 43, serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Zhongchao Inc. He founded Zhongchao Inc. and Zhongchao Shanghai, where he has been general manager since August 2012. Yang was co-CEO and director of TradeUp Acquisition Corp. from January 2021 to September 2023. He served on the Global Alliance for Medical Education board from 2013 to 2016 and was general manager at Medwork from 2010 to 2012. He holds an MBA from Tsinghua University (2024) and a bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine Science from Gannan Medical University (2005), with additional education at Capital Medical University and Tsinghua University.
Pei Xu, age 43, is Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, and Director of Zhongchao Inc. She has been CFO of Zhongchao Shanghai since January 2016 and a director of Estrella Immunopharma, Inc. since September 2023. Previously, she was financial director of Zhongchao Shanghai from 2013 to 2016 and financial director at Otsuka (China) Investment Co., Ltd. from 2008 to 2013. Xu holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.
John C. General, age 63, is an independent director and Chair of the Audit Committee. He is Vice President of Revenue Accounting at Moody’s Corporation and has held senior positions at Workday, Google, Avaya, Bed Bath & Beyond, Virgin Mobile, and AT&T Corp. General holds CPA certification, a Senior Executive Education certificate from Columbia University, an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University, and bachelor's degrees in economics and accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Kevin Dean Vassily, age 59, is an independent director and Chair of the Compensation Committee. Since March 2024, he has served as an independent director of Tungray Technologies Inc. Since August 2024, he has been an independent director of Autozi Internet Technology (Global) Ltd.
