Previously, he was Director of Group Operations and Technology at Ebookers Group, London, and held positions at Ford Motor Company UK and Arthur Anderson. He holds a B.Com (Hons.) from Delhi University, an MBA from INSEAD, and is a qualified chartered accountant. Manish Amin, age 59, is the Chief Information and Technology Officer and Co-Founder, serving since January 2006. He has been a director of multiple subsidiaries of Yatra India and Middle East Travel Management Company Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this, he worked at Ebookers from 1990 to 2005 as Head of Technology Infrastructure. He holds a general certificate in business studies from South Thames College. Anuj Kumar Sethi, age 56, was appointed Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer effective April 11, 2025. He was Senior Director Finance at CWT India Private Limited and has held senior finance roles at the company for over ten years. He completed courses from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and holds a B.Com degree from Punjab University. Murlidhara Lakshmikantha Kadaba, age 63, is Chairman of the Board and Non-Executive Class II Director since November 2016. He is the founder of MaGiC USA/Magic Capital Services Private Limited, a private equity firm, and Moonbeam Advisory, a quant products distributor.
