Weidong Gu, age 56, is Chairman of the Board of Directors and a founder of the company. He has over 21 years of experience in the compatible toner cartridge industry and has been with the company since its founding in 2011. He holds a bachelor's degree in radio engineering from Xiangtan University and an intermediate engineer qualification.
Shaofang Weng, age 54, serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director and is also a founder. He has over 20 years of experience in financial accounting and control, having previously worked as financial controller of Jiangxi Yibo and executive director of Dongguan Pudao Consulting Co., Ltd. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics and is a member of The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Quanmao Zhou, age 35, has been Chief Financial Officer since October 2021. He joined the group in 2018 as financial manager of Jiangxi Yibo and has held various financial roles at Hisense Group. He holds a bachelor's degree with a dual major in finance and accounting from Xi’an Jiaotong University.
Zhisheng Cheng, age 46, is Vice President and a founder. He has extensive product development experience and has served as director of technology and deputy general manager of Jiangxi Yibo. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical design and manufacture from Hubei University of Technology.
Qilong Yang, age 52, is Vice President and a founder. He has extensive manufacturing management experience and has served as deputy general manager of Jiangxi Yibo. He graduated from Sichuan Three Gorges College with a focus on computer information management.
